SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship only within India.

Shipping charges apply on all orders and are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For orders where Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, a ₹150 advance payment is required at the time of placing the order, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed and dispatched after successful order confirmation and payment, subject to product availability. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, adverse weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in additional delays. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from the images displayed due to differences in lighting, photography, monitor settings, mobile screens, and other technical factors. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

●        Ark Ethnics currently ships only within India; international shipping is not available at this time.
